Terms of Use (Public Offer)

1. General Provisions

1. This document sets out the terms of use of services provided by BOLDO Limited Liability Company (TIN 312 600 361, hereinafter referred to as "Boldo") through the boldo.uz, employer.boldo.uz and local.boldo.uz websites (hereinafter referred to as "Platform") and is a public offer in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. The User shall have full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms (acceptance) upon registration on the platform (by inserting a consent mark) or paying for VIP subscription.
3. A person who does not agree to the Terms does not register on the Platform and do not use paid services.

2. Glossaries

1. Candidate — an individual who is registered for the purpose of seeking a job on the platform.
2. Employer — a registered legal entity or entrepreneur (foreign or local) for vacancy placement on the platform.
3. User — the generic name of the Nominee and Employer.
4. VIP subscription is a paid service that allows a candidate to send applications for foreign vacancies and correspond with the employer.
5. Visa Support — visa and document process guidance.

3. Platform Services

1. Free: view and sort vacancies, register, create an automatic resume (CV), submit applications for vacancies within Uzbekistan, assistant AI Mohigul, contact technical support
2. With VIP subscription: unlimited sending of applications for foreign vacancies, chat with the employer (with the ability to translate messages), send video presentations, follow the application status.
3. For employers: company registration, posting of a vacancy after moderation, chat with candidates. Services for employers will be provided free of charge on the date of entry into force of these terms.

4. Platform Status

1. Boldo is not a recruitment intermediary or employment agency. The Platform provides an information service that directly connects the Candidate and the Employer; the fee is charged for the use of the Platform's facilities, not for the employment.
2. Boldo does not interfere with and is not a party to the agreement, employment contract and employment decision between the Candidate and the Employer. The terms and conditions of employment are determined by the parties themselves.
3. Under Visa Support, Boldo provides guidance only. The authority to issue visas and authorize entry rests with the relevant government agencies and embassies.
4. Boldo does not guarantee employment, obtaining a visa, the deadline for receiving a response from the Employer, as well as benefits specified in the vacancy (air ticket, accommodation, etc.) — these are the conditions offered by the Employer.

5. VIP subscription price and payment procedure

1. VIP subscription price is the equivalent of 50 (fifty) USD per month.
2. The New Nominee opens the VIP subscription for a period of 12 months only; the first payment is made in advance in the equivalent of 600 (six hundred) US dollars. The New Nominee is not offered to start with a monthly rate.
3. Payment is made in Uzbek sums, at the rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the date of payment.
4. Payment is accepted only in non-cash methods: bank transfer (based on an invoice generated on the Platform), as well as through the Click and Payme payment systems available on the Platform. Cash will not be accepted. Do not pay persons who request money in the name of Boldo.
5. In the case of a bank transfer, the Candidate uploads the payment receipt to the Platform; VIP subscription is activated from the moment the payment is approved by Boldo.

6. Subscription Term, Renewal and Renewal

1. The VIP subscription period is calculated from the date of payment confirmation and will continue uninterrupted; there is no option to temporarily suspend (freeze) the subscription.
2. Upon completion of the first 12-month period, the Candidate may renew the subscription for a fee of $50 per month. If payment is not made on time, VIP opportunities will be terminated; no penalty will be charged if the appropriate payment is made for reactivation.
3. If during the 12-month period none of the Candidate's applications are completed with employment (e.g., if the Candidate is awaiting an employer response or visa process), Boldo will extend his VIP subscription for an additional period free of charge. The initial additional period is usually 3 months; further extensions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. The Nominee, whose application has been successfully completed, will not be granted free renewal.

7. Refund

1. Payment is charged for the right to access the Platform and since the duration of VIP is considered continuous from the date of contribution, the sum paid shall not be refunded, except except in cases strictly prescribed by Republic of Uzbekistan legislation.
2. In case of overpayment or double payment due to a technical error, the Nominee will apply to Boldo and the excess amount will be refunded upon inspection.

8. Nominee's Responsibilities

1. include correct and true information about himself or herself on registration and resume; and not use fake document or other personal information.
2. not to give out account information (login, password) to others; not to allow another person to use the account.
3. Observe the rules of etiquette when communicating with the employer, not send offensive, advertising or content contrary to the law.
4. Carefully examine the conditions of employment, employment contracts, and other official documents himself; report suspicious circumstances to Boldo.

9. Obligations of the employer

1. to provide actual information about the company and proof of activities at the time of registration.
2. posting only existing, actual vacancies; correctly stating salaries and working conditions.
3. Not charging the candidate any fee for hiring or application processing.
4. Use candidates' personal information only for recruitment process and not transfer it to third parties.

10. Rights and Obligations of Boldo

1. Boldo moderates each new and amended vacancy and has the right to reject or close an ad that does not meet the requirements.
2. The User who violates these conditions, provides false information or is suspected of fraud has the right to block his account without warning; in this case, the amount paid will not be refunded.
3. Takes reasonable steps to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the platform; service may temporarily stop during maintenance work or interruptions in third-party services.
4. Users review their complaints via the Technical Support section on the platform, via email or Telegram.

11. Liability

1. Boldo is not responsible for the agreements between the Employer and the Nominee, their performance, as well as for the accuracy of the information provided by the parties to each other.
2. Boldo's liability in any case shall be limited to the amount paid by the Nominee for the VIP subscription.
3. The parties are not liable for non-compliance in force majeure cases.

12. Personal Information

The procedure for collecting, storing and processing personal data is defined in the Privacy Policy. By accepting the terms, the User agrees to process his data in accordance with this Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. Disputes are resolved primarily by negotiations: the user sends a written request, to which Boldo will respond within 10 working days.
3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be considered in a court of competent jurisdiction of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

14. Changes in Terms

Boldo reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms. The new revision will be effective on the date of publication on this page. The changes will not affect the duration and price of the VIP subscription previously paid.
