Boldo.uz is an international employment platform that allows people to find a suitable and decent profitable job abroad and communicate directly with employers. The platform is operated by BOLDO Limited Liability Company (Namangan, Uzbekistan).
Our main goal is to increase people's incomes, enable them to make independent decisions about their future and make the process of finding work abroad transparent, understandable and convenient.
We believe that a person who is looking for a job should not become dependent on intermediaries, do not overspend by trusting in empty promises. Therefore, the approach at Boldo.uz is simple: a person chooses a suitable job for himself, talks with the employer himself and makes the decision himself.
Our purpose
Boldo.uz not just a classifieds site. We aim to make the entire journey convenient, from job search to employer agreement, paperwork preparation, and the visa phase:

Via email, phone number, or Google account. Your resume (CV) will be automatically generated from the information you enter.
Activate VIP
Submission of applications for foreign vacancies and correspondence with the employer is opened with VIP subscription.
Submit an application
There is no limit to the number of applications: you apply for several jobs and compare offers. Through a video presentation, you can introduce yourself to the employer.
Negotiate with the employer
You will monitor the status of your application (pending, interview, documents) and talk directly with the employer in a chat.
Vetting employers
Before posting an advertisement, the employer registers and provides documents confirming its activities (company details, official documents, information of the responsible employee). Each new announcement, as well as the edited announcement, is moderated before it goes on the site. Companies that have been audited are indicated by a special sign.
Documentation and visa support
Working abroad doesn't just end with choosing an employer: it is also necessary to prepare documents, process permits, and fulfill visa requirements. The candidate and the employer agree on these issues in the chat.
If the employer wants help with document and visa issues, they will choose Visa Support when posting an ad. Our visa specialist will then join the conversation and the necessary documents, requirements, and next steps will be discussed in a three-way manner.
Communication without language barriers
The site works in 16 languages, and in the chat you can read each message by translating it into your own language. For example, a candidate from Uzbekistan writes in Uzbek, an employer in Germany writes in German, and a visa specialist writes in Russian, and everyone understands the conversation in their own language.

The cost of a VIP subscription is $ 50 per month. The first payment for new candidates is made for 12 months - $ 600 (in soums, at the exchange rate of the Central Bank). In the following months, the subscription will be extended monthly.
Why 12 months? Getting a job abroad takes several steps: agreeing with the employer, preparing the documents, applying for a visa, and waiting in line at the embassy often takes several months. A longer period is chosen so that the subscription does not end in the middle of the process.
If none of the candidate's applications within one year ends with employment, the VIP subscription will be extended free of charge: the initial additional period is usually 3 months, the subsequent extension will be considered separately on a case-by-case basis. Detailed terms and conditions are in the Terms of Use (Offer).
Payment is made without cash only: by bank transfer, Click or Payme. Cash will not be accepted. Boldo.uz does not guarantee employment or visa.
