This privacy policy explains how personal data (job seekers and employers) from users (job seekers and employers) is collected, stored, used and protected by BOLDO LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Boldo", "we") through the boldo.uz, employer.boldo.uz, local.boldo.uz sites and services on them. 3. What Data We Collect
In the process of registration and filling out a CV: name, surname, date of birth, gender, photo, phone number or email address, passport/ID serial number, work experience, education, languages, place of residence and other CV data, as well as a video of an optional presentation. For employers — company details and information of authorized employees. Also, when a payment is made, we receive information about the payment status through the payment system (Click, Payme) — card numbers are not stored on our server, they are processed directly by the payment system itself.
4. How We Use Information
The collected information will be used for the following purposes: connecting the job seeker and the employer with each other (application for vacancies, communication via chat); creating and providing access to your account (password, SMS/email confirmation code); VIP service and payment processing; providing technical support; answering your questions through the Mohigul AI assistant; site improvement and ensuring security.
5. Who we share data with
Your resume will only be visible to employers to whom you have submitted an application. We share your data with the following trusted service providers, for maintenance purposes only: Click and Payme (payment processing), Brevo (sending verification codes and notifications via email), TextUp and Eskiz.uz (sending a verification code via SMS), Telegram (sending a verification code via Telegram), Google (login service through Google, if you use it), Cloudflare (secure storage of videos and files), Microsoft Azure (translating chat messages and pages — text is not stored by Microsoft), Anthropic (Mohigul AI Assistant). Your data will not be sold to third parties for advertising purposes.
6. Data Security
Your passwords are kept encrypted, all information exchange is protected over HTTPS. Your profile video is stored privately and is only visible to authorized persons (you, the relevant employer, the technical department).
7. Cookies and Sessions
We use session cookies that are necessary to preserve your access to the site. These cookies are not used for advertising or tracking purposes.
8. Your rights
You have the right to view and edit the information in your profile at any time. You can delete your account and related data yourself: on the boldo.uz/delete-account page or in the application in the "Delete account" section. At the same time, resumes, photos, videos, applications and chat correspondence are deleted; payment records are stored without your name as an accounting document according to the law.
